👍 Do:

• Read posts fully before replying

• Respect different views and experiences

• Be patient – some users may struggle to explain things

• Use paragraph breaks for easier reading

• React with empathy – not judgement

🚫 Don’t:

• Reply just to argue

• Quote entire long posts just to say “same”

• Demand answers to serious mental health posts

• Minimise someone’s struggle (e.g. “Others have it worse”)

• Hijack a thread with unrelated chat – start a new one instead
