Be patient with others – some people are struggling more than they show.

Bullying, trolling, or personal attacks
Hate speech, racism, sexism, homophobia or discrimination of any kind
Graphic descriptions of self-harm or suicide methods
Spamming or self-promotion without permission
Posting misleading health or medical info
Pretending to be someone you’re not
Reposting private messages or conversations
- Posting obscene images or videos.
- No doxxing
