Overview
We want to be completely transparent about how this store works. All products are fulfilled by a third-party supplier (CJdropshipping), and we openly display our costs and profits. As a result, our refund and return policy is based on the rules set by our supplier.
If you have an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item at hi@keepbeingnice.co.uk.
✅ Refunds Are Available If:
- The product arrives damaged or defective
- The item does not match the description or photo
- The parcel was lost in transit and the tracking shows no delivery
- The order hasn’t been shipped within 7 days of purchase
In these cases, we’ll offer a full refund or replacement. You may be asked to provide photos or video proof of the issue.
❌ Refunds Are Not Available If:
- You change your mind
- You entered the wrong address
- The product was delivered but not collected
- You are unhappy with shipping times, as these vary (7–30 days depending on location)
📦 Returns
As we work with international suppliers, we do not accept returns at this time. In most cases, products are shipped directly from overseas warehouses and return shipping is not supported.
💸 Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, as long as they haven’t been processed yet. After that, we cannot guarantee cancellation.
